Beautifully illuminated, this 10,000 sq. ft. residence features expansive windows and doors by Grabill, which overlook a spacious private courtyard. A custom designed steel and glass staircase, with distinctive wood accents, links all three levels of the home. The open kitchen was uniquely crafted by Bulthaup. Hydronic radiant heat warms the polished terrazzo on the main floor, and the Sapele hardwood on the upper floors. Custom millwork, designer lighting and state-of-the-art “smart home” technology create a modern yet warm aesthetic throughout.
